What is Cornhole?
Cornhole is the favorite backyard pass time. It is a bean bag toss game that is known by many names including tailgate toss, baggo, corn toss, and bags. Differences between the classic corn hole game and some of these others might include the board material and or size as well as the size and filler type of the bags. The products on our site are based on the classic game with real wood 2 foot by 4 foot boards (official size) and 16 oz bags made from duck cloth and filled with real corn.
The Basic Cornhole Game
The basic game consists of 2 inclined boards with 6 inch holes in them. Players take turns tossing corn filled bags trying to land on or make it into the hole of the opposite board. Bags that go in the hole of the opposite corn hole boards are worth 3 points while corn hole bags that land and stay on the board platform are worth 1 point. Players take turns throwing the bags until each player has thrown 4. For all the details of how to play and to download the complete ACA (American Cornhole Association) rules see our How to Play page or visit the ACA page to learn more.
